How to Get to Jinhua

From Hangzhou

There are around 8 of these buses that depart at various times throughout the day. They take around 2 hours depending on traffic and weather, and cost around 90 RMB. Tickets can be purchased on arrival at the Long-Distance Bus ticket window on the first floor (arrivals area) of the Xiaoshan Airport. From the Jinhua South Bus Station, visitors can take a taxi to ZJNU or ride the 330 city bus. 


Trains also connect Hangzhou to Jinhua. There is no train station particularly close to the Xiaoshan airport in Hangzhou. It takes about an hour by city buses or taxi to get to the Hangzhou Railway Station or Hangzhou East Railway Station. From there, slow trains take 2.5-3 hours to get to Jinhua's West Railway Station, fast trains take 1.5 hours, and the bullet trains take around 45 minutes. There are a lot of trains between Hangzhou and Jinhua every day. Tickets cost around 30 RMB (slow trains), 55 RMB (fast trains), and 75 RMB (bullet trains. Taxis are easy to find at the taxi stands at the train stations in Jinhua, and it should cost about 12 RMB to get to ZJNU's campus.
